Business Function:

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Accountabilities
• Define and measure process improvements
• Regulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by RBI
• Manage process risks
• Management awareness of incidents
• Ensure staffing at all times
• Ensure systems are geared as per business requirements.
• Ensure Highest level of employee engagement

Job Duties & responsibilities
• Vetting of bank guarantee text
• Ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed
• Ensure Costs are maintained within the budget
• Ensure to manage TAT without any audit issue
• Ensure Compliance and adherence of internal and external regulations
• Ensure to manage TP price audit without any issue
• Ensure to No CRA / GLAO breaks in BANK GUARANTEE
• Ensure all BG commission has been amortize
• Ensure to manage and track all discharge letters are getting generated and dispatch to beneficiary
• Ensure to manage OPEN ENDED BG process

Required Experience
• At least 6-7 years experience in bank guarantee
