The Digital and Demand Generation Marketing Leader for the Precision, Sensors, and Instrumentation (PSI) business is responsible for the digital and demand generation marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands
A successful candidate will be determined by this individual’s ability to develop a winning digital and demand generation marketing strategy along with managing a team of digital marketers to grow lead and opportunity pipeline
Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs, and market trends, develop and own the digital and demand generation marketing strategies for the three PSI businesses (Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes)
Articulating a clear digital marketing strategy for PSI, including but not limited to, campaign architecture, content generation and deployment, brand, events, website content + UX/UI, SEO/SEM, social media, vertical and account-based marketing, e-commerce, as well as insights and analytics and Lead Development
Developing and deploying a common process for digital marketing campaign design and execution across the three PSI businesses and once devised, apply continuous improvement practices to optimize it
Partnering with Baker Hughes HQ Marketing and Corporate Affairs teams to develop optimal digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Partnering with the Product Marketing Leader – PSI and the Regional Marketing Leader – PSI to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to a wide target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members
Providing leadership and direction to the Digital Marketing team

As a Digital and Demand Generation Marking Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of markets and customers relating to core and new industries for PSI - including but not limited to - Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Environmental (Hydrology, Meteorology, Oceanography) Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Energy Transition (including Hydrogen and Emissions Abatement) and other industrial markets.
• Practical experience of customer and vendor interfaces and negotiations.
• Ability to find successful solutions in an environment where ambiguity is present.
• Ability to prioritize and manage own and team’s workload effectively.
• Experience of e-commerce would be advantageous.
