Ada is looking for a talented Mid-Level Android Developer for a leading Consultancy. You'll work on diverse projects, delivering high-quality code in a small, cross functional team.
• Position: Android Developer
• Type: Remote in the UK (paid visits to Reigate a few times per year) with flexible hours between 10 and 4
• Salary: £55k DOE
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working around core hours (10:00 - 16:00)

Their team is growing and they are looking for a Mid/Senior level Android level to grow through the ranks of the business over the next few years.
Core Responsibilities
• Write high-quality code primarily in Kotlin
• Ensure the execution of code is of excellent quality
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Engage in quality assessment through testing technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance features.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional software solutions with a passion for quality.
Essential Skills
• Demonstrable experience with the app development life cycle.
• Code versioning and testing tools.
• Unit and UI testing.
• Experience with Kotlin, Dependency Injection
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Play Store, and Room etc
• Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with Firebase, Notifications, MVVM, and MVI architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Koin.
