o Ability to create android apps targeting multiple devices (mobile, tablet - multiple resolutions) for a given requirement o Ability to write code to interact with any database o Ability to explain the code written, and why a specific approach was chosen o Ability to learn new technologies quickly and committed to develop quality code o Knowledge in any NoSQL database o Knowledge in publishing apps in play store o Coach and work along with other team members o Good communication skills
