At ***** Precision Anodising we are currently seeking a Lead Anodising Technician to assist in the running of our well established and equip facility based in Cleveland. We are a local, family-owned business that has experienced significant growth over the past few years. We are currently seeking an experienced Anodizing Technician to take charge of our team. This role offers the right candidate excellent growth opportunities within the company.

Position Summary:

The Anodising Technician will be tasked with overseeing the manufacturing processes and scheduling for the anodising plant. Their role will also involve ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations, tailored to the specific requirements of customers.

Responsibilities of the position:

Anodising, Chemical converting
Racking and un-racking of the parts
Completing compliance documentation according to the standards requested
Visually inspecting own work
Verifying incoming/outgoing product counts
Performing general and periodic maintenance of the above-mentioned processing lines
General Housekeeping of shop area
To be considered for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:

Experience with anodising or finishing processing
Capable of working diligently around chemicals
Ability to perform basic mathematic
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written skills
Willingness and commitment to wearing PPE

Physical Demands:
