SCL, a boutique antitrust litigation firm with offices in New York and Washington D.C., is looking for talented junior and mid-level antitrust associates to join our team!
If you're ready to hit the ground running and participate in all stages of complex antitrust litigation, we'd love to hear from you! At SCL, you'll have the chance to work alongside prominent antitrust lawyers with a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Law school class years between 201+-2023
• Antitrust and/or class action litigation experience is preferred, but not required
• Candidates must have general litigation experience, including 1-4 years working at a law firm practicing antitrust or business litigation, or for a federal or state government agency, OR a judicial clerkship
• Superior academic credentials
• Outstanding research and writing skills, including analyzing legal issues and the ability to draft legal memorandum and factual summaries
• Preferred candidates will have experience handling discovery in civil matters, including overseeing document productions and deposition preparation
• Attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
• Initiative and proactivity in undertaking a broad spectrum of tasks
