Qualifications
Proven experience as an AP & AR Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions
Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end closing activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
