As an Experienced Flutter Application Developer at SYSOTEL.AI, you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for creating high-quality Flutter applications that meet our clients' needs. We are seeking an individual who is not only skilled in Flutter but also a smart learner and capable of leading junior developers.
[Technical Requirements]
• Smart Learner: While we provide training and support, we expect you to be a self-driven learner, keeping up with the latest Flutter updates and industry best practices to continually improve your skills.
• Software Design Concepts: Collaborate with the project team to define and design software architecture and concepts for the entire application, ensuring scalability maintainability, and performance.
• Application Development: Develop and maintain Flutter applications that meet project requirements, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to design concepts.
• Leading Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior app developers, helping them learn and grow in their roles.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications
