• Troubleshoot Application failures during deployment
• Must be ready to work on ticketing systems like Service Now to solve end user issues.
• Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio / Wise Package Studio / ORCA / MSIX / PACE Suite for packaging.
• Must have packaged applications for Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS platform.
• Must understand and have used one of the following: Windows Command Shell Script, VBScript, or Powershell.
• Expertise in virtualizing applications through sequencing is desired, but not required.
• Expertise in shimming is desirable, but not required.
• Must have an understanding of software deployment on tool like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Must have knowledge of applications deployments for Windows platforms through SCCM.
