Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze user requirements, enhance business processes, and develop reliable, well-structured software
As a key contributor, you will drive the development of new features, address and resolve bugs, integrate various key business systems, ensure high-quality code, and continually refine our software development practices
Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and other developers
Business Analysis: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective software solutions
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot software issues and bugs
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies and suggest improvements for existing processes and systems
Participate in a rotating on-call program with the entire IT team
Comfort with giving and receiving constructive criticism during code reviews

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Web App Developer to join our development team at Roskam Foods. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions tailored to our unique business needs.
