Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Interior Designer located on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from conception to completion, including space planning, creating construction drawings, consulting on architectural elements, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). The role involves collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure projects meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Knowledge of Interior, Architecture & Construction Drawings
- Capable of creating detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of materials available and their alternatives
- Site Management skills
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing both commercial and residential spaces
- Self motivated, energetic & amiable in nature
