• Overview* We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in plumbing. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the plumbing industry. *Duties* - Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints to understand plumbing layouts - Learn how to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures - Gain experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems - Develop mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems - Assist in welding and soldering tasks as required - Utilize hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks - Collaborate with experienced plumbers on carpentry work related to plumbing projects - Gain exposure to HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems - Participate in building, installing, and repairing plumbing components *Experience* - No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential - Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus - Interest in pursuing a career in plumbing - Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges - Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
