The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative APS 4 Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) to join our team. This role will be varied and include, Information and Records management including Webpage and virtual/physical Records Management, mailbox management, Event coordination and provide administrative oversight of key deliverables and activities.

You will work collaboratively within the Business Services team, supporting the management and dissemination of information, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Duties will require a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to research and carry out a task to a high standard under direction.

About our Team
The APS 4 Knowledge Management Officer is a role within the Business Services team of the Business Management Branch within Joint Logistics Unit South Queensland (JLU (SQ), located at RAAF Base Amberley.

Our team of specialists is responsible for managing and supporting the administration, information and knowledge management systems on behalf of Business Manager. Working collaboratively, the Business Services team oversee a range of JLU interests including records management and administrative functions and processes.
