The Role
The Navy Logistics Branch are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our high performing Executive Team.

The Executive Officer is accountable under broad direction to achieve administrative support work within an integrated workforce, provide support to the Senior Executive, and exercise a high degree of discretion, judgement and professionalism. You will create and foster high functioning networks and relationships within the Navy Capability Division and wider Defence, to ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken.

The Executive Officer will be required to identify relevant stakeholders' expectations and concerns and develop a clear understanding of the issues and solutions to achieve outcomes. You will coordinate, task, monitor and report on all incoming correspondence and taskings from multiple stakeholders on behalf of the Director General Logistics - Navy (DGLOG-N). You will provide detailed administration, professional and policy advice in relation to complex issues in accordance with legislative and Defence policies and instructions.

About our Team
Working to the Director General Logistics - Navy, you are part of the executive support team embedded in a dynamic environment, supporting the Navy Logistics and Infrastructure Branches.

You are accountable for a small team who have a key focus on managing and coordinating information, providing specialist advice & support related to the Navy and Defence Enterprise.
