Less than three years since we opened our doors to the community our aquatic programs have grown, and we are on an exciting journey to grow our leadership team.
Do you want to contribute to our Learn to Swim team and help shape the program into the future? The inaugural holder of this role will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high performing team with a clear focus on the future.
About your new role
Reporting to the Team Leader Aquatic Programs, the position will support the development of the aquatic programs at Pimpama Sports Hub though working with the venue leadership and program team members. The role will be responsible for leadership support, administration, team training and customer experience across all aspects of the programs.
This is a nine-day fortnight position which will include some weekend days.

About you
3+ years of experience in a Swim School role or a similar environment.
Proven expertise in Deck Supervision, Swim School enrolment, and customer engagement.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively instructing Swim School classes.
