Responsibilities
PT (Hours flexible between +:30AM and 10:30PM)
Proper cash handling procedures to include Micros transactions, balancing daily receipts, balance bank, complete all closing reports and deposits
Greet all guests and assist them with the purchase of play cards and explaining how the arcade functions
Maintain a clean facility and work area
Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with the guests, other staff members and on the phone
Restock redemption items and tickets in the games
Properly assist guests in a prompt and hospitable manner
Document needed game repairs and communicates with the Engineering Department and immediate supervisor when games are not working properly
Attend required meetings
Other duties may be assigned
Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change
Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development
Conducts him\herself (acts and dresses) professionally at all times

Essential Job Functions
• Proper cash handling procedures to include Micros transactions, balancing daily receipts, balance bank, complete all closing reports and deposits
• Greet all guests and assist them with the purchase of play cards and explaining how the arcade functions
• Maintain a clean facility and work area
