Architect Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
• Project Design: Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance with regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
• Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of architects, draughtsmen, and engineers.
Requirements and Qualifications
• At least 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup software.
