Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Architectural planning: Create plans in accordance with Vastu principles, including blueprint creation, cost estimates, MDDA drawings as per local bye-laws (including application handling and objection resolution).
• Working drawings: Structure design (column layout plan, footing plan, slab details), electrical plans, plumbing drawings, furniture layout plans, door/window schedules, 2D and 3D elevation designs.
• Project Mmnagement: Manage office and project tasks, handle client relations from start to finish, conduct occasional site visits, and work diligently to meet project deadlines.
