About job:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client needs and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural designs, sketches, and presentations. Support senior architects in the development of design concepts.
• Project Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation using CAD software and other design tools.
• Research: Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices to inform project decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success. Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas.
• Site Visits: Attend site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings and presentations, gathering feedback and addressing concerns as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and software to enhance skills and contribute to the team's growth.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in architectural design or related internships. Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
• Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
