We as a company believes in creating some of the most beautiful architectural spaces for our clients. This we would like to envision in creating a hub that the world would like to imbibe on in its practice. E.g. to the likes of Zaha Hadid or Foster & partners. Such spaces thus created can have a timeless impact to the lives of the people and modify the place surrounding it.

WHAT

To support the above, we are looking for passionate architects who share a similar vision on architectural designing. A discerning feature desirous from this role is a continuous strive to research on new design trends and adding those design elements to the architectural design that makes a difference. If you hold a similar vision and excited to deliver your talent we can be the platform of your choice.

The position would be working on an array of building classes to be classified as follows:

Township, residential, industrial, commercial, which can again be declassified to stadia, expo centre, shopping complexes, industrial structures, branded café’s and restaurant chains, Educational Institutions.

We expect the position to take full ownership from Design to deliver working with cross functional teams. The aim is to change the landscape with design thinking and we create spaces that matches with some of the most beautiful developed cities in the world.

We expect the incumbent to be as resourceful possessing a well networked industry connection that will help in the betterment of the outcome.

REQUIREMENTS
A Masters/PhD/Bachelors degree in Architecture

Handle on latest tools for 3D rendering

Min 6months - 1year experience,

A benchmarking with various Architect forums, international works of repute is desirous from this role.

Passion for Architectural Designing.

An understanding of the local building laws

REMUNERATION

You will be receiving a handsome package of fixed and variable pay based on the successful project completion. Variable to be discussed seperately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
