Fresher/ 1 Yr. Exp. Architect

Intern

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Role:
• Understanding the set guidelines of a project, preparation of research materials and presentations,
• To be actively part of brainstorming, ideation, conceptualization and development of design
• To transform the conceived design directions into schematic 3D visuals and other forms of creative presentations,
• To carry out intensive market research to access the best possible materials, hardware, technology & finishes available for the benefit of the project,
• To transform the finalized design directions into standard working drawings files and also preparation of other supportive documents and BOQ's,
• Coordination with several vendors and contractors to manage the project
• Monitoring the project timeline & align accordingly to smooth completion of the projects,
• To further adapt towards multi-disciplinary design culture and seek active participation interest towards project of other design disciplines of the studio
