Our team focuses on thoughtful land development, urban planning, and project execution across residential, plotting, and commercial segments.
Role Summary
We are hiring a qualified Architect to join our planning team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and experience in preparing layouts in accordance with SUDA (Surat Urban Development Authority) or other urban development regulations in Gujarat. The architect will support early-stage land planning, feasibility drawings, and coordinate with consultants and authorities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for plotting schemes, residential and commercial layouts.
• Conduct land-use analysis and apply GDCR (General Development Control Regulations) for site feasibility.
• Provide initial concept plans to evaluate development options: plotting vs. commercial vs. residential.
• Assist in zoning assessment, FSI calculations, setback planning, road alignment, and space allocation.
• Work closely with the internal investment team to assess development potential of new land parcels.
• Liaise with local authorities or consultants for regulatory compliance when required.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or urban development projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Familiarity with SUDA, AUDA, GUDA, or similar urban authority regulations.
• Understanding of planning rules, TP schemes, and development control norms.
• Based in Surat or willing to relocate.
