Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect at VOLUME ZERO ARCHITECTS located in Lucknow, with flexibility for some remote work. The Architect will be responsible for developing and designing building plans, creating design proposals and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. The Architect will also oversee the construction process, ensure that projects are completed within budget and on-time, and apply sustainable design principles to projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
Experience with designing and constructing buildings of various scales and types
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work. independently or in a team environment
Relevant qualifications and certifications would be beneficial.
