Job Description : We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and functional spaces, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and present design concepts and plans to clients.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals.
• Ensure projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction processes.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and completed projects.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
