Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our Water Pump Division. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated geographical area, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the water pump( Not Compulsory) market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Sales is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications ..
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
