Sales Executive Daily Routine:
1) Lead Generation and Client Prospecting:
Conduct on-site visits to identify potential clients.
Explore diverse industries such as Manufacturing Companies, Warehouses, Mining Operations, and more.
Prioritize industries with higher energy consumption for targeted outreach.
2) Site Analysis and Audit:
Perform comprehensive site analysis and energy audits.
Assess the energy needs and potential solar solutions for each client.
3) Client Engagement and Needs Assessment:
Engage with clients to understand their specific energy requirements.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each industry segment.
4) Report Preparation:
Prepare detailed project reports and financial assessments.
Provide clients with clear insights into the feasibility and benefits of solar solutions.
5) Quotation and Lead Management:
Generate and submit accurate quotations through the Bigin Portal.
Efficiently manage and track leads in the CRM system.
6) Quotation Follow-ups:
Actively follow up with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Provide additional information and clarification as needed.
7) Negotiations and Finalization:
Engage in negotiations to finalize project terms and conditions.
Ensure mutual agreement and satisfaction to move projects forward.
