Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Mutual Funds & Investment Products

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of mutual funds, insurance, and investment products by managing a team of sales executives, developing distribution networks, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales executives/relationship managers across assigned territory.
Drive sales of mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other investment products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, IFAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure area profitability.
Conduct investor awareness programs (IAPs) and training for sales staff.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies.
Prepare periodic sales reports and present growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial product sales (Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
AMFI/NISM certification (preferable).
Good knowledge of financial markets and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
