Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM
Monitor competitor activity and local market trends
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, traffic patterns, and market conditions
Collaborate with sales, construction, and marketing teams to align efforts
Represent Douglas Homes with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of new home sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in networking with Realtors and local professionals
Market awareness and the ability to analyze competitive intel
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Real estate license is a strong asset but not required
Passion for helping people find a home they’ll be proud of
Why Work With Us:

Competitive commission structure
A product and builder you can stand behind—the best home for the best price
The support of a trusted, down-to-earth team
