Looking for dynamic manager for our SuperSales Business preferably from B2B, eCommerce, Telecom & Mobile Industry
Responsibilites:
•Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
•Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team
•Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
•Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
•Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
•Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales
•Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
•Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
•Ensure effective deployment, training and farming of merchants acquired
•Monitor competitive activity in key accounts and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
•Handle merchant escalations in market & partner with various internal stakeholders to resolve them
•Onboard the new team members and help them assimilate Cashify ways of working
•Drive hiring of FSE, SO or BDE to ensure 100% manning in the team
•Understand the reasons of exit and take corrective action to reduce attrition of employee
Role Requirements:
- MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development.
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
- Should have managed larger teams on the ground level.
- A team leader with an objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring.
- Ability to get things done and influence others.
- Analytical frame of mind & go-getter attitude
