1. Deriving Sales from distributor, direct dealer and sub-dealers basis budgeted annual targets and plans
2. Scheme communication to target dealers, direct dealers and distributors.
3. New product launch - pitching to distributor/direct dealer and sub-dealer.
4. Monitor Outstanding amounts for distributors and direct dealers. Ensuring recovery of OS and keeping OD under control.
5. Engaging with influencers like plumbing contractors and architects.
6. Selling to builders, govt sector, house owners and other projects as it is a significant section of the market
7. Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new sub dealers/direct dealers and distributors. Guide dealer through first phase through initiatives like in-shop selling, expansion/customisation of product range and the right display at counters, etc.
8. Monitoring and Analysing new dealer performance to assess which among new dealers/ sub-dealers can be elevated to regular scheme dealers.
+. Organizing meets - plumber meets, sub-dealer meets, direct dealer meets and distributor meets.
10. Assist sub-dealer/direct dealer and distributor in complaint resolution either directly or through technician. Customer Complaints are resolved through coordination with customer care team and technical team within defined SLA
11. Maintenance of data on stock availability at distributors to cater to stock shortage of sub-dealers. Monitoring and replenishment of stocks in coordination with Supply Chain Team (for distributors and direct dealers) and distributors (for sub-dealers).
12. Follow-up on billing and fulfillment of orders in the system
13. Evaluating the branding potential at identified counters and subsequently providing of display board and panels to maximize visibility. Sales value Product mix Credit Efficiency Index Sales from direct customer selling # Influencers engaged and incremental sale Number of active network partners
Scope of Work
a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): As per budget
b) People Management Scope Indirect reporting of DSAs c) Geography Coverage Based on location typically a few districts d) Corporate Coverage Sales Key Interactions Internal Marketing, Supply chain, Retailing and Commercial External Dealers, Builders, Architects, Plumbing contractors
Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications - Minimum Graduate degree
Preferred MBA/PGDBM in Sales & Marketing with >50% scored
Previous Experience Preferred 5-10 years of experience in sales.

Additional Requirements Role involves requires extensive travelling Role requires pan India mobility as it is transferrable in nature Proficiency with MS Office, MS – Excel, MS- PowerPoint is mandatory
Candidates from paints industry will be preferred
