We are looking for a high-performing area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Its Permanent position and work location is in Mumbai & Kolkata.
Role:- Area Sales Manager.
Experience - 3 to 5 years.
Domain :- Sales & Business Development
Package :- 4 to 6 lpa
Responsibilities Include
· Distributors Onboarding
· Building Relationship Distributors
· Expertise in Primary Billing
· Should have and experience of handling at least 20 distributors
· Guide TSMs or SOs for secondary, Camps, etc.
· Achievement of Sales & Profitability targets
· People Development & Team Building
· Worked hands on with building and managing team at regional
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 3 years Sales Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• SO responsibilities plus should be good at communicating with Stockists across the state
• Extensive experience with Generics and good knowhow about the trade
Locations – Mumbai & Kolkata
