The company deploys data analytics and virtual reality tools to disrupt the traditional ecosystem of marketplaces. Square Yards is building the first MLS in India. In addition, the company has adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital that are scaling up to become category leaders. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager at Square Yards in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, identifying potential customers, and developing sales and marketing strategies. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for closing deals and achieving sales targets. Qualifications • Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, account management, and sales forecasting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment • Experience in the real estate industry or related field is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus
