The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to achieve monthly sales objectives in lines with Regional plan. (Volume & Market share)
• Expand customer base by identifying new customer segment & opportunities.
• Ensure effective forecasting basis on annual, quarterly and monthly targets.
• Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Regular performance analysis of dealerships and propose corrective action.
• Communicate dealerships on company policies and initiatives, implement and adherence of the same.
• Liaison with financers to ensure timely availability of funds to dealers and retail finance options to customers.
• Meeting customers to take feedback, understand expectations, resolve complaints if any.
• Review dealer business performance, recommend improvement actions to dealer team.
• Timely market feedback to HO on competition activities, government regulations and related business aspect.
Required Skillsets
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales function in 4-Wheeler passenger car company majorly in North Region
• High result orientation with ability to create win –win situation.
• Understanding of business finance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in DMS/ Excel/ Power Point.
• Good written and oral communication
