Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Street Marketing professional located in Chennai. The Street Marketing professional will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, engaging with potential customers, promoting the company's products and services, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include distributing marketing materials, interacting with the public, and gathering feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Proven Sales skills and a track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Ø Purpose of Position
• Business Development for CTC Business line for all Product Line.
• The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System&comma including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Ø Major Responsibilities
• Business Development for all product portfolio for Construction & In-service Verification Business Lines – (Products – EIA&comma Geotech&comma Design Review&comma QA/QC&comma NDT-RR. HSE Audits & Training)
• Recognizing the prospective clients in the region&comma and create a data base.
• Early identification and follow up of major projects&comma opportunities & tenders.
• Identification&comma preparation and submission of pre-qualification&comma expression of interest&comma offers & tenders.
• Visiting prospective clients to present BV services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to BV&comma follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop.
• Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material&comma company profile&comma service sheets&comma reference list&comma completion/appreciation letters&comma etc.
• Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions&comma seminars&comma conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services.
• Interacting with the Product Mangers & BD managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise&comma work&comma common clients and other references.

Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
• Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
• To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies&comma Procedures&comma guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
• To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
• Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident&comma unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
• Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
• Sales&comma revenue & other financials as per business plan.
• Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
• Cost control
• Compliance of internal and external guidelines&comma policies&comma procedures.
• Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
• Development and management of human resources
Ø Qualification And Experience
• Engineer with Management Degree with 10-15 years relevant experience.
Ø Skills & Qualities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills & Good personal hygiene.
• Should have good computer & analytical skills
• Good communication Skills
