Job Responsibilities:
Set up of new Fee Schedule and Billing of fees
Re-pricing of existing Fee schedules. Clear understanding of the Pricing Policy and other relevant documentation.
Account closures and Waivers
Running Control Reports
Ensure adherence to operational procedures to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner to meet stringent deadlines..
Excellent Process/Product knowledge to be able to deliver on the projects.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Graduate with 3- 5 years of experience in BFSI.
Strong Client Focus. Strong time management and ability to coordinate with various teams to action items. Detail Oriented. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
Analytical - Ready to analyze the process flows and ideate on operational improvements.
Strong team player and must have the capability to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams.
Control orientated and Risk awareness is essential. Understand Operational Risks to reduce Risk Profile
Gain end to end knowledge of the process & as an SME, assist in the key projects. Ability to handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process & assist the team with research & investigation as required
Ensure to document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls as required. Good on MIS & Reporting requirements.
