Role Description
This is an on-site internship role at Higher Education Direct in Indore. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting in guiding learners to suitable courses, providing support in application, and assisting in learner welfare. The Assistant will also support in facilitating skills training.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the higher education sector
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience in education or training is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
