Full–time
• Fees Collection.
• Manage petty cash account.
• Keeping track of all the monitory transaction at the location.
• Entry in tally software.
• Admissions processing.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations.
• Prepare and verify daily reports.
• Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
• Reconcile bank account.
• Prepare & Compile monthly reports & expenses.
• Provide monthly detail to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.
• Insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
• Prepare labels and maintain files as needed within the department.
• Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
• Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll related items.
• Assist the school office for various common responsibilities such as school uniform, books & stationery, events in the school, etc.
• Other allied work.
• Co-coordinating with HR in processing EPF
• Ensure that all administrative duties, checks documentation, reports and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR10,000.00 - INR12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
