Position: Assistant Acquisition Officer
Category: Branch Sales Careers
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Joining at a nearby branch)
Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required: Minimum of 6 months in Sales, Marketing, Branch Banking, or Business Acquisition
Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent
Work Shift: Day Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire customers for Current Accounts, Savings/Salary Accounts, and other bank products from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates within the Agra local network.
• Achieve and exceed business volume and target goals.
• Cross-sell BFSI products including Insurance, Gold, Locker, Fixed Deposits, Asset Products, Mutual Funds, etc.
• Retain customers through efficient service for the first three months post-acquisition, after which accounts will be managed by the Uttar Pradesh team RO.
Key Activities:
• Perform cold calling based on provided leads and data for the Agra area.
• Schedule and secure appointments with potential customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products for the best experience.
• Address and resolve customer queries and problems.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions.
Qualifications Required:
• Graduates or postgraduates from Agra in any field. MBA Freshers with a focus on Banking and Finance are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
• Strong BFSI product selling skills, with a focus on acquiring new Current Accounts/Savings Accounts, insurance, banking products, Mutual Funds, Loans, Demat Accounts, etc., across Agra.
• Presentable with basic etiquette.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Traits Required:
• Achievement-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
• People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Adherence to company regulations and standards.
Reporting Relationship:
• The selected applicant will report to the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) following basic training.
