Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency by supporting office staff, managing client and caregiver files, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently multitask, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Greet and assist visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
• Maintain client and caregiver records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations
• Support the HR department in coordinating orientations and assisting with recruitment efforts
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
