Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage our brand portfolio and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the barista team to create effective promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
Oversee budgeting for brand initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation.
Familiarity with photo and video editing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey brand messaging.
Strong communication and comprehension skills.
Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Proven experience in brand management or related fields within the food and beverage industry.
Strong specialty coffee knowledge.
Barista and/or cafe management is a strong asset.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5T 1L1
