Looking to get your foot in the management door? We are seeking a café supervisor/ assistant café manager to join the Miss Maud Rockingham team!

The Role
As an assistant café manager at Miss Maud, you'll guide café operations by supervising and training staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth daily functions. This dynamic role demands strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure efficient operations and peak performance.
Implement and maintain systems and procedures for smooth functioning.
Achieve budget targets and manage tills with accuracy.
Lead by example to inspire and motivate a positive and productive work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.
Effectively manage stock control and inventory levels.
