Description
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and the bank.
• Maintain and update financial records in a timely manner.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for financial queries for both tenants and landlords.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in an accounting software.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
