Responsibilities
The Assistant Controller supports the financial operations of the restaurant group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports, and ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management for operational decisions
Cost Control: Monitor and analyze food and labor costs, implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, including vendor payments and guest charges
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to track inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and analyze inventory costs
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant managers and other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
