Position: Assistant Cook
Location: Lal Kothi, Jaipur
Salary Range: 2.40 lac to 4.00 lac CTC
Job Description:
• Culinary Leadership: Lead the preparation of all online/offline orders, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity of Vegetarian dishes.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations, inventory management, and food packaging, and maintain strict quality control.
• Recipe Innovation: Engage in R&D to create new recipes using traditional ingredients, prioritizing nutrition and health while delivering homestyle flavors.
• Team Management: Train and supervise cooks and helpers, fostering a collaborative and productive kitchen environment.
• Additional Roles: May include HR and product development responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leading cloud kitchen operations.
• Passion for Vegetarian cuisine.
• Commitment to quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
• Kitchen Cost management.
