About the role

Working closely with the Technical Product Manager, this role will provide the opportunity to help drive growth for a practitioner focused supplement brand.

The two main functions of the role are managing training and education programs as well as support for product management.

Some of the responsibilities will include

Developing training education pieces for the business
Working with sales to align with promotional activity across customers
Writing and uploading of digital content
Setting the training schedule by cycle and working with trainers on activity
Developing educational material in conjunction with our trainers
Working with the various departments to ensure regulatory compliance of all training and education material
Organise conference attendance within industry
Opportunity to learn all aspects of the product development process from concept to launch and beyond

The role will also Support the Technical Product manager with:

New product development
Trade and retail communications
Internal stakeholder management
Digital campaign and website management
Category Insights and research
Product management including stock control, cogs and supplier relationships
Growth strategies and promotional program for state based pharmacy groups
Growth strategies and program for Practitioner partners

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches, local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

Qualified Naturopath
Background in training and education
High level of technical knowledge
Good stakeholder management
Team player who can also work autonomously
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Capable of managing multiple projects
Certificate IV in training and assessment would be highly regarded
