THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services such as catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor
• Help manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
• Support the event team during on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events
• Maintain organized event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and guest lists
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
