Job description
Role of Executive Assistant in a Small Proprietor Firm in Sion Mumbai location . Female candidates .
Experience : 3 years
Gender - Only female candidate apply
salary - 35000 to 40000 k in hand
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Managing the proprietor’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
Maintaining and organizing the proprietor’s files and documents.
Managing phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.
Financial Management:
Handling petty cash and reimbursements.
Maintaining records of expenses and invoices.
Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements.
Coordinating with the accountant or financial advisor.
Client Management:
Maintaining client records and databases.
Scheduling client meetings and appointments.
Coordinating with clients for queries and concerns.
Assisting in preparing client proposals and presentations.
Business Operations
Handling office administration and maintenance.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Managing office supplies and equipment.
Assisting in organizing and attending business meetings and events.
Communication and Coordination:
Drafting and proofreading correspondence, emails, and reports.
Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinating with other team members or departments as required.
Required Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities (Depending on the firm’s size and structure):
Social media management
Basic accounting and bookkeeping
Sales and marketing support
