Job Description – AGM - Business Development

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

CTC: 25 LPA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Business Development Manager to join our company which is a growing food and beverage (F&B) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into High Street Malls, Metro Stations and Airports.
• Strong relationship is the key to success of this function.
• To be constantly looking for business opportunities at various Airports, Metro Stations, High Street Malls, Prime Locations and landside stores as well.
• To be scouting for brands, constantly, to put best brands are under company at locations.
• At the same time while scouting for brands, ensure that the brands deliver company a healthy bottom line.
• Keep a healthy network of people/brands to reach out to these whenever opportunities come up.
• Lead the development and execution of new business strategies and initiatives
• Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new locations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities
• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at potential new partners and customers
• Negotiate and close deals for new business opportunities
• Manage and oversee the implementation of new business initiatives
• Track and measure the performance of new business initiatives
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on new business initiatives

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of success in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
