The AGM - Operations will be responsible for smooth functioning of the Unit in alignment with the strategy and objectives of the organization.

Financial/ Business
• Supporting in preparing the annual administrative budget for the Unit
• To manage conversion ratio from consultants, referrals and other departments to enhance revenue and value additions.
• Identify opportunities, market needs and industry developments while maintaining the flexibility and preparedness to proactively respond to shifting threats and opportunities.
• Supporting the BD team in implementing marketing activities such as camps, doctor’s meets and conferences creating brand awareness and visibility.
• Responsible for controlling Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of resources and responsible for cost compliance.

People
• Responsible for employee engagement and solving internal stakeholders’ problems proactively.
• Management and implementation of all people related processes.
• Cascading Corporate Values, implementing company policies, and create ample internal forums for communication on clinical and non-clinical updates.
• Conducting performance review meetings with all the staff and department in charges on a monthly basis.
• Taking care of the personnel requirements of the departments with regards to staff selection, development, deployment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Advising Unit HR on staffing, recruitment, performance review and annual appraisal
• Organizing practical training programs to enhance skills & motivational levels.
• Engaging in Consultant management in coordination with Medical Director’s office.
• Recruiting Consultants depending upon clinical requirement and business opportunity.

Customer
• Analyzing the Customer Complaints and suggestions and ensuring remedial implementation.
• Promote and implement new and existing programs and services to patients and community
• Review NPS and takes corrective course of action.
• Participating in the complaints management process, resolving problems for patients and their relatives by actively dealing with problems as and when they occur.

Operations
• Ensuring NABH & JCI Quality standards are maintained and to oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Supporting Medical Director to ensure all clinical policies and procedures within the Hospital meets the requirements of licensing or accrediting bodies.
• Responsible for completion of statutory & legal compliances.
• Ensuring that all audits/reviews of the departments are undertaken and address issues raised, if any.
• Ensuring right inventory levels are maintained at Hospital at any point of time.
• Looking after the services operations & maintenance of hospital building, components, including interior utilities, equipment’s and statute.
• Prepares daily/ monthly reports and shares it with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage relationship with regulatory authorities and other external agencies
• Responsible for supporting Medical Director in planning, organizing & managing medical services and taking care of complete Medical Operations on daily basis.
• Looking after the services operations & maintenance of hospital building, components, including interior utilities, equipment’s and statute.
• To extend support in implementation of CSR activities in the catchment area as an initiative for Brand recognition

Educational Qualifications: MHA or MBA

Work Experience
• 15+ years of experience in Hospital/ Hospitality Industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• High level of familiarity with hospital management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Excellent customer management skills
