Assistant Governance Manager| CCPL Payments

Job Purpose
• To provide valuable support to the Sales Governance & Internal Controls team to achieve business goals
• To perform all duties assigned with respect to Governance & controls as per the expected TAT and quality standards

Key Result Areas
• To keep a track of the SOP, SLA’s, OPM documents across RBG for revision and update on a regular basis.
• Visit various DSA offices to conduct internal audits in line with Bank policies.
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address risk indicators reported in OR and previous audit reports.
• Assist the manager in implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
• Monitor early warning/trigger systems for breaches of the bank’s risk appetite through sampling and visits.
• Prepare a detailed risk repository for the units in line with Bank’s operational risk policies
• Provide training and support to members within the Unit for implementation of RCSA.
• To assist Manager to conduct road shows on recent policy changes, new campaigns / promotions for awareness
• To promptly manage issues highlighted by sales team related to customers in order to avoid complaints
• To report frauds to F&I for further investigation
• Conduct customer call backs /call sampling for product validations

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
• 5+ years of Banking experience with 2 years relevant credit card, personal loan &Auto loan experience.
• The candidate must have had prior experience of handling Operational Risk and Governance roles, should have adequate knowledge of Retail Banking products, operational procedures, objectives, strategy, control elements and operational risk.
• Knowledge on credit compliance and risk management.
• Communication, Drive and interpersonal & negotiation skills required
